Roof Solutions
CA Building Products offer a range of roof system solutions including the Twin-Therm® and Gemini built up trapezoidal systems and the River-Therm®, secret fix roofing solution, which is a built up system, visually similar to most standing seam systems but with a unique geometrically locked side lap connection.
Profiles are available in a range of finishes, including Corus Colorcoat HPS200® Ultra for Twin-Therm®, Corus Colorcoat LG® for Gemini and mill finish, stucco embossed and PVDF coated aluminium with River-Therm®.
A range of liner panels, structural decks and rooflight systems are available to be used in conjunction with CA Building Products Twin-Therm®, Gemini or River-Therm® roof systems.
Single skin applications are also available.

System Summary
Twin-Therm® is a complete built up trapezoidal roof cladding system. The unique core construction has been specifically designed to offer improved thermal performance and enhance site operative safety during erection and maintenance.

System Summary
River-Therm® is a complete built up secret fix roof solution incorporating a unique geometrically locked side lap connection which requires no special tooling for installation.
River-Therm® is particularly suited for use on low-pitch roofs down to 1° and can also self-curve to a minimum radius of thirty metres.
The option of site-rolling is available, enabling continuous sheet lengths in excess of one hundred metres. It is also possible to eaves roll the River-Therm® system.

For in-plane rooflights where End laps are greater than 2.5°, but below 2.5° choose either the 47/1000 6IP or the RT1000 Supermax Light Rooflight. These rooflights must be continuous from ridge to eaves only. Barrel Vault rooflights are available in modules of 1m or 2m wide.
For in-plane rooflights where End laps are greater than 4.5°, choose either the 47/1000 3IP or the RT1000 Fair Rooflight. These rooflights need not be continuous from ridge to eaves.
Single Skin
Summary
