CA Group was formed in 1983. The company has grown substantially over the years to become one of the UK's foremost metal roofing and cladding systems manufacturers, suppliers and contractors through it's industry renowned operating divisions.
Des has 25 years experience in manufacturing and complex project management environments. He joined CA Group in July 2006 as Finance Director as part of the plan to move the company into an Employee Benefit Trust (EBT). Des was appointed Managing Director in January 2011
Paul has over 40 years experience in the roofing and cladding industry. He joined CA Group in April 2002 and was appointed Divisional Director in December 2002 for the Contracting Divisions of CA Group. Paul was appointed Group Technical Services Director in January 2011.
Brian also has over 30 years experience in the roofing and cladding industry and joined CA Group in 1995. He has been instrumental in the development of the company's market leading systems and innovations and is a recognised figure in the industry. Formerly Commercial Director, Brian was appointed Group Development Director in January 2011.
Peter has 33 years experience in the roofing industry, working across all types of roofing and cladding. He has worked on many complex and high profile projects and joined CA Group in 2005. Peter was appointed Contracts Director in January 2011.
Steven has 27 years in the roofing and cladding industry. He joined CA Group in 2001, and was appointed Commercial Director – Contracting in January 2011.
Martin joined CA Group in 1985 and has held a number of managerial positions within the Building Products Division prior to his appointment as Operations Director – CA Building Products in January 2011.
Neil joined CA Group in 1997 and has experience in the production, estimating and commercial functions of the Building Products Division prior to his appointment as Commercial Director – CA Building Products in January 2011.
Henry was one of the original founders of the Group, and upon retirement became a Trustee of the CA Group Employee Benefit Trust. Henry retains an active interest in the company and is well placed to share his 36 years of experience in the roofing and cladding industry. Henry is also a Director of the eaga Partnership Trustee Limited (ePT) the employee benefit trust that holds over 37% of shares in eaga plc.
Neville was also one of the original founders of the Group and retired from the business in 2005, becoming a Trustee of the CA Group Employee Benefit Trust upon it's creation in 2006. He is a well respected figure in the roofing and cladding industry and retains a very active interest in the marketplace.
Noel is a former Senior Partner of Merritt and Company, the CA Group company legal advisors, and as such has acted for the Group in all it's major transactions since its formation. Noel was appointed as a Trustee of the CA Group Employee Benefit Trust upon it's creation in 2006
Nigel joined CA Group when it was formed in 1983 and became Managing Director in 2006. Nigel has over 40 years experience in manufacturing industry, mainly within roofing and cladding. Upon his retirement in 2009 Nigel was invited to join the Board of Trustees.
