This Saturday (July 30th) sees the much anticipated first match at Brighton and Hove Albion’s Amex Stadium in which the Seagulls will play Spurs. The friendly marks the stadium’s official opening and will showcase the new facility, which has been designed specifically to provide as much natural light as possible for players and fans alike.

According to County Durham-based diverse building envelope specialist, CA Roofing Services, who manufactured and installed the stadium’s striking roof, it is the sky blue translucent roof panels, in the area above the main stand, as well as the use of reflective silver wall cladding, which combine to make the Amex Stadium so bright. read more…

CA Group, one of the UK’s largest metal roofing and cladding system manufacturer and installers has announced that work on the Southwark Integrated Waste Management Facility is now complete, putting the London Borough on the right path to increasing its recycling rate from 21% to 30% by 2021.

The announcement comes on the back of a number of projects which the cladding specialist has supplied in recent months, including a £40 million Biomass Plant, in County Durham, which is set to burn 120,000 tonnes of waste wood a year, a 400,000 tonne Anerobic Digestion Plant (ADP) at Poplars Landfill site in Cannock, and a 200,000 tonne Mechanical Biological Treatment facility (MBT), in Avonmouth. read more…
