CA Group today announced the launch of their new customer feedback survey inviting you to have your say.
The decision was made to introduce the survey onto the new CA Group website as part of CA’s Carbon Action sustainable initiative; the website will allow us to reach a wide number of our stakeholders, ensuring that their valued opinions of the products and services provided by CA Group are heard.
Simon Mawson CA Group’s Quality Assurance Manager comments “the focus behind the customer feedback survey is to gauge stakeholder perceptions allowing us to evaluate whether CA Group are meeting client requirements, whilst giving us the opportunity to continually improve the products and services provided by all divisions within the group.”
The survey has been designed to achieve maximum coverage of our stakeholder base with tailored questions to each of the major industry occupations, therefore, providing us with diverse feedback.
Surveys are available for CA Building Products, CA Roofing Services, CA Refurbishment Projects and Specialist Cladding Systems from each of the division’s sections on the website or by clicking the division name above.
