CA Roofing Services Contract Win

CA Roofing Services are proud to announce that they have been appointed as building envelope contractor on the latest ProLogis development on behalf of Co-op.

Work will start on the 39,500m² Distribution Centre in April 2010 on a 15 week programme. CA Building Products will supply Twin-Therm^® for the roofs and walls. Twin-Therm^® is a site assembled system that provides a Non-Fragile assembly, guaranteed U-values complying with current and proposed Building Regulations and up to a 40 year full system guarantee. The system is supplied with the Corus Confidex Sustain^® Guarantee, ensuring all of the unavoidable carbon emissions created throughout the entire life of the Twin-Therm^® cladding system, cradle to cradle, is offset by investing in environmental projects worldwide. This is key to helping Prologis deliver their sustainability agenda.

CA Roofing Services are no stranger to ProLogis and the Main Contractor for this project, Winvic. The trio have worked together on a number of successful projects due to CA Roofing Services’ historic ability of working in partnership with the main contractor to deliver projects to an excellent standard with little to no outstanding snagging elements and almost always ahead of programme.
